The Colangelo Baseball staff would
like to extend a special thank you for your
continued support. We are working towards our
8th year of being Northern Virginia’s premier
baseball school.
This camp is designed to have each player
experience what it is like to go through spring
training. The schedule and drills will be the
same drills we do as professional athletes. We
will make sure all instruction is age
appropriate.
Registration: $200
per week (lunch included)

after July 15
Dates: Week 1:
July 28-31
Week 2:
August 4-7
(Ages 7-16
years old)
Time: Drop-off: 8:30
am
Camp begins at 9
am
Pick-up:
2:30-3:00 pm

Our practice plan will consist of the
following:
8:30- 9:00 Drop off
9:00- 9:30 Speed training and stretch
9:30-10:00 Throwing mechanics
10:00-10:15 Water break
10:15-11:15 Defense
11:15-12:00 Lunch ( provided by camp)
12:00-1:15 Hitting drills
1:15- 2:00 Situations (games)
2:00-2:30 Base running
