Our practice plan will consist of the following:

8:30- 9:00 Drop off
9:00- 9:30 Speed training and stretch
9:30-10:00 Throwing mechanics
10:00-10:15 Water break
10:15-11:15 Defense
11:15-12:00 Lunch ( provided by camp)
12:00-1:15 Hitting drills
1:15- 2:00 Situations (games)
2:00-2:30 Base running

This camp is designed to have each player experience what it is like to go through spring training. The schedule and drills will be the same drills we do as professional athletes. We will make sure all instruction is age appropriate.
